Isn’t it time to be true to yourself?

Perhaps one of the most important questions to ask ourselves, is not WHAT we want – but rather WHO we really are!

My mother’s favorite quote (and the one she wrote in a card and gave to me on the morning of my wedding), simply had these words…

“This above all: to thine own self be true”

A quote from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, I have shared these words often over the years.

Isn’t this one of the most important questions we all face?

“Who am I… and how can I be courageously and authentically true to who that is?”

How, in the midst of being daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, wife, mother, friend, business owner or career woman, do we find the confidence be true to ourselves?

How do we find the courage to be authentically who we really are – when some days, it’s easier just to adorn the mask, and play the game?

And how does that impact on our body, our relationship and our success?
