Welcome to October! How incredible to think there are only 12 weeks left of this extraordinary year.

I think if there is a word that could best describe this year it would be ‘stressful’!

Uncertainty, Unpredictability, Change and Confusion seem to be happening on a regular occurrence, and all those emotions can heighten our feelings of stress and anxiety.

As I shared in my How to Lose Belly Fat series in September, those continued, heightened stress levels impact severely on our health and wellbeing.

So, for the next 31 days I invite you to join me for #StressLessOctober video a day series. Each day on my Youtube channel, I will be sharing a video to help you to release stress, so that you feel more centred and empowered to cope with anything that comes your way.

During 2020, we have had more than our fair share of unpredictability.

This heightened level of unpredictability manifests as feelings of being a little out-of-control. This fear is just another form of stress and needs to be treated in the same manner – by using tapping. And remember, it works best when you get very specific about YOUR stressful situation.
