The Surprisingly Unexpected Benefits of Our 48 Hour Fasting
Principle #2 in the Stronger Leaner Lighter Methodology is Fast Intermittently, and while I have practised Intermittent Fasting for a few years now, I have always resisted embarking on a longer one.
However, this past weekend my husband Gerry and I, embarked on our first ever 48 hour fast, and on this week’s Stronger Leaner Lighter Show I shared what we experienced.
