As schools start their annual winding down for the year, these last few weeks of term can be very stressful, due to end of year events, Christmas Concerts and added pressure on teacher who are often in the report writing stage.

This is mean that not only are kids, parents and teachers tired, but for some children who are living with autism in particular, this time of year can feel so overwhelming.

As the Mum of a, now young man, living with Autism, this was always the time of year when things could get very overwhelming.
