Workout Wednesday – Pushups

Each Wednesday I will be post my Favorite Fit and Fabulous exercises that cut time, work multiple muscle group and are the best exercises for you to do to increase core strength, posture and help you to feel fabulous!

Weight bearing exercise is expectionally important as we get older, in order to build muscle strength to help us maintain posture and increase bone density.

This week’s exercise is my favorite – Pushups!! Whilst tapping helps to build internal strength, weight bearing exercise such as Pushups helps you build physical strength! This compound exercise not only helps you to develop upper body strength but also core strength – so important for posture and protecting your lower back.
