Strength exercise is exceptionally important as we get older, in order to build muscle strength to help us maintain posture and increase bone density.

This week’s exercise focuses on abdominal core strength. This compound exercise helps you to develop good core strength – so important for posture and protecting your lower back, especially as we get older.

As with all exercise if you are just starting out please check with your doctor before beginning any new routine. If you feel any pain or discomfort discontinue these.
