Finding The Courage To Keep Going – Facebook Live
We have heard the stories of people overcoming disappointment, betrayal or failure and then creating great success…but what we often don’t hear is HOW they found the courage to keep going.
While we love stories of overcoming adversity, what we really need to know is HOW they overcame feelings of self-doubt, rejection or fear, to change their story.
Because in that moment of failure, disappointment or betrayal, when the feelings of self-doubt, rejection or fear can be so overwhelming – knowing WHAT TO DO NEXT, will determine the future story we tell ourselves about WHO we are and WHAT we are worthy of achieving
… a story that can’t be changed by affirmations and vision boards alone!!
In this special edition of Isn’t It Time, I will shared how I found the courage to ‘lean into’ fear, sadness and self-doubt during a very challenging time of my life, how it changed the story I was telling myself – and the life changing shifts that happened because of it.
We talked about…
1. Why ‘leaning into’ self-doubt, rejection and fear will help you find the courage to rewrite the story that determines your success.
2. The WORST things you can say to yourself, or others, in those moments …and WHY you must STOP staying these things right NOW!
3. Why Tapping WAS NOT the solution for me during this time!! (even I was shocked at this!!)
4. The exact steps I took to embrace that courage and how it has changed everything!
If you are ready to step into your most brilliant, brave authentic self and rewrite the story you have been telling yourself… email me firstname.lastname@example.org or send me a message here and let’s see if and how I can help you.
